There is no one to help with luggage and nobody offers any help. There is no room service!! Most of the people that work in the building only speak little a English.
There s one sit down restaurant, but it is old and smells. There is a small walk up restaurant in the casino, it’s the only place with tables and chairs. The casino is so small they only have a stand up bar. Are room looked like they didn’t clean after the last guests. The vents are covered with disgusting “stuff” so there is no ventilation. There is no exhaust fan in the ceiling of the bathroom. We we warned not to walk around outside at night. The building is located in a dingy part of Richmond and so far from downtown, so there is nothing to do.
